Generator House

For many decades the Naval Station's electrical generator (the Territory's sole electrical generator) occupied the site where the square tan block of a building that houses the Communication Offices. The generator house was originally built in 1904? and was later reconstructed in 1926. Prior to serving as the Communications Building it was the home of the Bank of Hawai'i until 1972.
