This gallery contains the second half of the previous album. It has 36 black and white photos depicting events ranging from the gradual grading for pipelines used for water supply on the island of Tutuila, to the construction of a dam and reservoir, and ending at photos depicting the relaying and realigning of pipelines towards the end of the 1930s. The dates of the photos

displayed range from October 31, 1917 to June 1939.
